It was fun. Incredibly fun. We had tonnes of great times. Made a lot of great friends. Made a lot of great fans. But it's time to move on now.
And thus begins, EL RIOT. New band. New sound. New riot. Welcome in Anil and Ian from Skull Device (R.I.P.). We're going to rock this town now.
As I think back to the time when Class Riot wasn't so defunct, I find myself forgetting what exactly it was like to be there. It's like that feeling when you get once you've graduated, or started your career in something....like it's another step and everything that came before this step was so juvenile. Hell, even the name, "Class Riot" sounds juvenile. And no, jerk, it had nothing to do with school, or classrooms. It was about class struggle.
And it still is. EL RIOT just does it better.
